Who We Are
At Enriching Grace Church…
We know who we are and our purpose drives us!
We are living into the triple G focus:
- Gospel Centered~
“…how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.”
(1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
Grace Focused~
“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”
(Titus 2:11-14)
Generous in Love~
“ Let all your things be done with charity.”
(1 Corinthians 16:14)

Mission & Vision
- Our mission is to “To enrich and edify, in Jesus name.“
- Our vision is to “see the believer built up in Christ, the unbeliever come to Christ, and God glorified through it all with Biblically encouraging Christian fellowship and teaching!
Statement of Beliefs
- The Godhead (The Trinity)
We believe that God is eternal and all-powerful, existing as three co-equal persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 4:4-6).
- Humanities Nature
We believe that humanity is born entirely depraved (with an inherent sin nature) since the Fall of Adam and Eve (Romans 3:23-24). Humanity is not born inherently “good” and therefore cannot save themselves from the wrath of a holy God. This truth illuminates our need for Christ’s intervention as our Savior.
- Gospel
We believe that God the Son, Jesus Christ, came to the Earth born of a virgin, lived a sinless life as God manifest in the flesh. He willingly died on the Cross, bearing the sins of all humanity, was buried, yet on the third day, rose again for our justification. All that is needed for this free gift, is to believe. Now, He is alive forevermore, sitting at the right hand of God (Romans 10:9-10; 1 Corinthians 15).
- Church
Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church (Colossians 1:18). The Church being the Body of Christ, wherein everyone who believes on Christ’s Gospel is placed into (Ephesians 3). This is known as the Fellowship of the Mystery.
- Scriptural Authority
We believe that Scripture (The Holy Bible) is entirely inerrant and infallible (2 Timothy 3:16-17). It does not have one single mistake and is not prone to mistake. It is God’s special, self-revelation to the world and instruction of righteousness to humanity.
- Scriptural Interpretation
Since Scripture is God’s self-revelation to humanity, we must interpret it on His terms and by His direction, our Guide, the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:10). God calls the Christian to “rightly divide” Scriptures (2 Timothy 2:15). All Scripture is for us, but not all is to us (Ephesians 3:1-7). Therefore, understanding what Scripture is directly to us in the Body of Christ, will alleviate improper interpretation of Scripture. Therefore, for practical doctrinal instruction and theological explanation for the Body of Christ, we will refer to the Apostle Paul’s letters of Romans through Philemon.
- The Coming of Christ
With Jesus Christ at the right hand of God the Father, there will be a time where He will call His saints, the Church, up to Heaven to escape coming tribulation. There will be a bodily resurrection and we will receive glorified bodies. This is often referred to as “The Rapture” and is our blessed hope (1 Corinthians 15:49-58; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Titus 2:13). Following this Great Tribulation, He will return to the Earth and set up His kingdom for a Thousand Years, thus literally fulfilling His promises to Israel (Revelation 20:4-6).
