Have you ever looked up at a beautiful clear sky and noticed a few painted clouds dotted across the sky?
You ever just want to sleep on one? Or perhaps hop on Air B & B and rent a space within one and just hang out for a while?
That upward longing may be instilled in the heart of the soul of the believer. We know that as Christ rose on one, so too, He shall return (Acts 1:11).
Clouds are pure water vapor.
Nonetheless, they come from every water source, pure and not. This includes muddy waters, sewage, lakes, and salty oceans but when evaporated, makes pure fluff.
Similarly, we will when we rise from this Earth (1 Thessalonians 4:17). We will be leaving the corruptible behind and putting on the incorruptible, glorified body (1 Corinthians 15:53-55). From there, we accumulate as a cloud of witnesses to Christ’s goodness in Heaven.
And that my friends, will be better than a cloud mattress!
